Geographic Experience

Matthew has directly handled or supervised insurance law matters in approximately 43 of the 50 United States and Puerto Rico.  Most of these cases involved complicated matters of coverage or liability and many dealt with insurance fraud investigations and allegations of bad faith. Matthew has also been a guest lecturer and adjunct law school instructor on a wide-variety of insurance law matters. Few attorneys or experts bring the national reputation and breadth of experience which Matthew is able to offer to his clients.

Nationally recognized speaker

For more than a decade Matthew has travelled across the U.S. and Canada as a featured speaker on insurance law related issues. His speaking credits include organizations such as PLRB, IASIU, NSPII, CLM, NAIC and NAMIC to name but a few.  Matthew has also been a presenter and trainer for most of America's largest insurance carriers all across our nation.
